From an early age I have been motivated and inspired to be part of creating a more peaceful, just, sustainable, and healthy world. Over the last 20+ years I have found many creative ways to be part of this mission along side incredible mentors and allies including friends, family, and my two amazing children.
I have spent this time as an educator, activist, and mother diving into personal studies in alternative education models, meditation, visualization, epigenetics, polyvagal theory, and integrative medicine. I have a degree in Early Childhood education, am trained in the Montessori philosophy, and have a four year degree from the Barbara Brennan School of Healing where I studied the human energy field and chakra system.
The Energy Reset for Educators was developed to support anyone looking to evolve, heal, and grow on their teaching journey.
