Together we will explore the benefits of developing personal tools for self-regulation and how the adult’s ability to stay calm impacts social-emotional learning. Our focus will be to cultivate a community of learners, share stories to decrease feelings of isolation in our experiences, learn from each other, and practice the beneficial impact nervous system regulation has on our ability to communicate and connect.

The price of this workshop is $150
I am committed to ensuring that finances are never a reason someone does not access the training they need and want. This workshop is being offered at a sliding scale with three suggested levels:
- $100 *need support
- $150 *can pay full price
- $200 *pay it forward to help support others

When & Where:
We will have 6 meetings over zoom, on Sunday mornings for 2 hours each for a total of 12 hours of Northern Lights approved PD.

* This training is registered through Northern Lights at the Community College of Vermont. All early educators and afterschool professionals in VT will receive Professional development credit.
